3D FILE DETAILS

There are 4.25 mm dowel slots for 4mm dowels to help align the pieces during gluing. There are also 1 mm dowel slots that can fit the shaft of a sewing pin in some of the thinner parts to help with alignment as well

3D PRINTED KIT DETAILS
***************************
Parts are printed in white PLA+ filament with scaffolding supports removed. The parts include a mechanism to allow for movement of the mouth via lever extending through the back of the head.

The right face portion is also be printed separately and can be removed as well as the brain. The pin for the mouth mechanism includes a wooden dowel, which is much stronger than 3D printed plastic.

3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
