3D FILE DETAILS ****************** The 1000 mm version fits forearms that are up to 305mm in circumference (12 inches) and 100 mm wide (4 inches).
There are 4.25 mm (for 4mm or 5/32" wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support.
In the files with split parts, there are 2.5mm (for a toothpick or 2mm wooden dowels) dowel holes to help align some of the pieces during gluing.
3D PRINTED KIT DETAILS *************************** Parts are printed in white PLA+ filament with scaffolding supports removed.
3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS ************************************** I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.
CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS ************************************* I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
