3D PRINT BED DIMENSIONS ******************************* - Length: 200mm ( 8") | Width: 200 mm (8") | Height: 200 mm (8") [Standard]
3D FILE DETAILS ****************** There are 4.25 mm (for 4mm or 5/32" wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support.
There is a 3mm hole at the bottom to allow for a string or wire to pass through for attachment.
3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS ************************************** I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.
CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS *********************************** I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
