3D FILE DETAILS ****************** There are 2.5 mm (for toothpicks or 2mm wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing .
There are 4.25 mm (for 4mm or 5/32" wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support.
There are 10 mm (for 3/8" wooden dowels) dowel slots to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support.
I also recommend gluing some of the top hilt pointy ends together to stabilize them better. I would have fused them together in the model, but it made printing the parts very difficult.
3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS ************************************* I strongly recommend using PLA+ filament. I also recommend using 3-4 perimeter walls and 5%to 10% hexagonal infill.
3D PRINTED KIT DETAILS *************************** Parts are printed in white PLA+ filament with scaffolding supports removed.
CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS ************************************* I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
