The mouth is designed to open and close utilizing a friction hinge connection for the top mouth portion and the bottom mouth portion separately. There are slots for LED pucks in the mouth, eyes, and butt of the gun. The armor plates and accessories are designed separate from the main body for easier 3D printing. Dowel slots with sizes of 13 mm (1/2" dowel), 8.5mm (8mm dowel or 5/16" dowel) and 4.25mm (4mm dowel) are provided to facilitate the assembly and alignment of all of the pieces. The body is hollow for convenient storage of wallet, cellphone, battery packs, etc. There are also spaces for 13mm by 6.5mm (1/2 by 1/4") rare earth magnets to allow the head to be removable and allow for easy access to the hollowed out body parts.

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
