There are 4.25 mm (for 4mm or 5/32" dowel) and 13.5 mm (for 1/2" dowel) dowel slots for dowels to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support. There are two versions of the Purple Gem. One is solid and the other is cut in half for easier 3D printing.

Parts are printed in white PLA+ filament with scaffolding supports removed.

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
