3D FILE DETAILS

There is 10mm diameter dowel slots included in the handle portion to provide additional strength and alignment during assembly. The file also includes 4mm dowel slots for alignment in the blade and thinner portions.

3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
