3D FILE DETAILS ****************** There are 3.5mm, 10.5mm, and 13.25mm, dowel voids to be used with 3mm (1/8"), 10mm (3/8"), and 12.75mm (1/2") 3D printable dowels to help align each piece during gluing and provide additional structural stiffness and support. The gun can be disassembled with two different 1/8" pins, allowing for easy travel and storage. Alternatively, standard wooden dowels can be used in place of the 3D printable dowels included.
3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS ************************************** I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.
CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS ************************************* I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
