3D FILE DETAILS ****************** There are 4.25 mm dowel slots (for 4mm or 5/32" dowels) for alignment and blade strength. The top of the blade also has a split in half version to provide more part strength over print quality.
3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS ************************************** I recommend printing the parts with three perimeter walls, 10% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.
CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS ************************************* I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
